SimpleSurvey.ai ("SimpleSurvey", "we", "us") is a product of OpLevel AI LLC. SimpleSurvey turns surveys into text and voice conversations: a business sends its survey questions to people who have agreed to hear from that business, and they answer by text message or voice note.
We collect information you or the business you interacted with provides: your name, mobile phone number, your survey responses (text and audio), and the language you answer in. We also collect standard technical logs needed to deliver the service.
When you ask about a SimpleSurvey pilot through this website, we collect your email address, the survey questions or pilot description you submit, the page URL, the referring page if available, and a submission identifier. If you choose to book a meeting, your email address and survey or pilot description are also used to prefill the scheduling page.
We use Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions on this website. After you submit your email, we associate analytics events with a randomly generated identifier so we can understand the path from a site visit to an inquiry. We do not send your email address, survey text, or other directly identifying form content to Google Analytics.
We use mobile phone numbers only to deliver the survey messages of the business that collected your consent, and to process your replies into survey answers for that business. We do not sell personal information.
We use website inquiry information to respond to you, understand the pilot you want to discuss, save that context before scheduling, and arrange a meeting when you choose to book one.
Mobile information and messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and your consent to receive text messages are used solely to deliver the survey program of the business you gave your number to. Consent is voluntary and is never a condition of purchasing goods or services, creating an account, or completing a transaction. Message frequency varies by survey. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP.
We share survey responses with the business whose survey you answered. We use service providers (such as messaging carriers and hosting providers) only to operate the service, under obligations to protect your information. If you choose to book a meeting, Calendly receives the email address and survey or pilot description used to prefill its scheduling page. We may disclose information if required by law.
We keep survey data only as long as the business customer needs it or as required by law, and we protect it with industry-standard safeguards.
