These terms govern your use of SimpleSurvey.ai ("SimpleSurvey"), a product of OpLevel AI LLC. By using the service or answering a survey by text message, you agree to these terms.

The service

SimpleSurvey lets a business deliver its own survey questions as a text or voice conversation. Businesses may only message people who have given them consent to be contacted, and are responsible for honoring that consent.

Text messaging program terms

When you opt in to a survey delivered by text message (for example by texting JOIN to the survey number, or by giving your mobile number to the business directly and explicitly agreeing to receive text messages for that specific survey):

• You will receive survey questions and related follow-up messages from that business, sent via SimpleSurvey. Message frequency varies by survey.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is never a condition of purchasing goods or services, creating an account, or completing a transaction.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact ahmed@oplevel.ai.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your opt-in applies only to the specific survey program and business identified when you consent. Mobile information and messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Acceptable use

You may not use SimpleSurvey to send marketing to people who have not consented, to send prohibited content, or to violate applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA messaging principles.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpLevel AI LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
