How it works for people who get a survey

You only receive SimpleSurvey texts if you opted in: either you texted JOIN to the survey number, or you gave your mobile number directly to the business and explicitly agreed to receive text messages for that specific survey.
Keyword opt-in: when you text JOIN, you immediately get this confirmation:
"You opted in to receive survey texts from the business that collected your number, via SimpleSurvey (OpLevel AI LLC). Msg frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
Survey questions only start after your JOIN.
Business-collected opt-in: when you give the business your number (booking, purchase, or its own feedback form) and explicitly agree to receive text messages for that specific survey, the first message names the business and reminds you to reply STOP to opt out.
Consent is voluntary and is never a condition of buying something, creating an account, or completing a transaction.
Reply STOP at any time to end all messages (one confirmation, then nothing more). Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
